Spring Sunshine and Warmth (Finally)

It was the warmest day yet for 2025. After a morning of dense fog on the Salish Sea, the sun came up and the temperature was downright balmy. As typical, a light breeze in Oro Bay and dead calm everywhere else - so no sailing quite yet. At least three boat owners were at the marina checking on their boats, and removing winter tarps. Lawns are pretty soggy still so stay on the gravel road.

Also checked out the new dock system at the Tacoma Yacht Club outstation. Pretty fancy!

Also, we tend to pay for nice early-Spring days with a storm or two. Prepare for thunderstorms starting Wednesday evening.
